My friend and just one other sister paid for the repairs and refurbishment. They also paid the mortgage arrears and the other bills that were outstanding. If the repairs had not been done the house would have been sold at a lower price. Should the sister who caused the damage be made to pay out of her share of the proceeds. There are 4 sisters should they all benefit from the work done by 2 and if so how should the proceeds be shared fairly.

Nothing seems to be working. My house is a spanish property located on the costa blanca, spain.
Its been for sale for just over 3 years now.
There is a lot of racism here, where agents will take buyers to spanish owned properties instead of English owned properties.
What do I do?
How can I get rid of my house. Its a nice house, I can’t understand why no one will buy it.
Its priced reasonably and I will accept offers.
I really need answers.

i saw a house on the internet for sale and it is listed as private property and it is really cheap it is a manufactured home built in 1997 up for sale for 28,000. It is 4 bed 2 bath and app. 2,866 sq ft. So i figured something was up with it being private property and i figured that’s why it was at such a low price.
